With over 30 years of experience in the exhibition industry, he has a wide range of expertise, from entertainment to serious specialized fields.
We are proud of our powerful hitting ability, which allows us to be entrusted with large-scale projects.

What exactly is a "planner"? It's a difficult title for the average person to understand.
I don't really feel comfortable introducing myself as a "planner," so when I introduce myself I always say, "I'm in charge of exhibition planning❤," and greet people with a smile, handing over my business card that says "Technical Director," from my previous job as a professional technician.

Currently, my main area of work is exhibition planning, which creates "spatial communication," mainly for exhibition facilities such as corporate museums, PR facilities, and aquariums. Recently, I have also started taking still photos as part of my work. I am also a member of the nomlog editorial committee, and my role is to be the "laid-back" editor for the laid-back articles and the "photographer."

Despite this, I joined the company in 1988 and for about 10 years I worked in CE (Creative Engineering).
As a member of the Planning and Design Department, I work in collaboration with the mechanical and modeling teams.
While working on the design of environmental presentation devices and special structures, which could be considered the "front line of manufacturing" at the time, I gained experience in creating exhibitions for a variety of market sectors. In particular, I was heavily involved in the production of "karakuri clocks," a type of presentation device that is rarely seen these days.

In addition, he is a qualified first-class architect and performs structural calculations himself, draws blueprints, and ensures that the performance is as expected.
Since I was young, I have had hands-on experience in design and supervision on-site, and my planning is based on a "manufacturing perspective" that considers issues from the root and turns them into something that can be realized.
Furthermore, I believe our strength is our ability to accumulate ideas based on a variety of experiences.

When I write it like this, you might think, "So you're good at strict planning."
"I'm as wimpy as the young people, so please leave the project of talking about my dreams to me!"
I can confidently say that (laughs).

In addition to my regular work, I was the main instructor for an internship program for job-hunting students for five years.
I don't like the word "normal," so I had fun planning a program that would help students experience the Nomura mind, while also putting them at ease with a comedic approach that was a little different from other companies.

In addition, as an extracurricular activity, I run the company club "NOMURA Diving Club", and I am constantly sharpening my sensitivity through active field activities, mainly scuba diving (laughs).
