Joined NOMURA Co., Ltd., Ltd. in 2020.
After joining the company, I belonged to the personnel planning department and was in charge of work related to the promotion of work style reform.
In March 2022, I was transferred to the Human Resources Development Department, where I mainly plan and manage in-house training.
There are many wonderful people at Nomura.
Every day, I am exploring and studying ways to develop human resources that can expand the potential of our employees.
